Documents starting over (NEC-138) in the user guide. A new task page, start-over.md, covers: when to use it, cancelling a subscription first, the Start over dialog, the 7-day wait and Cancel reset, what happens to organisations and collaborators' KEY CHANGED, and what support can restore. forgot-your-passphrase, passphrase-and-recovery-key and compare-encryption-keys now link to it; the last names starting over and a support restore as the only ways a key changes, matching security-model.md. The NEC-138 verify note is gone (four remain). The dialog's screenshot comes from a new docs-shots entry, and the labels the page quotes are held to the plugin by guide-labels.test.mjs (mutation-checked). Follow-ups filed: NEC-146 (Ready, P2): starting over leaves a solely owned organisation's subscription billing. NEC-148 (split out by the user): an open vault never re-checks for a pending reset.

Tell people who lost both keys how to start over, and why a key can change d766c99cd8

NEC-138 shipped the Start over button, its 7-day wait and the support
restore, but the guide still said "contact us" and still told collaborators
that nothing a person does changes their key. A new task page walks through
starting over: cancelling a subscription first, what stays behind, how to
cancel a reset nobody asked for, and what to do if the recovery key turns up.
The forgotten-passphrase, passphrase and compare-keys pages now point to it,
and name starting over and a support restore as the only ways a key changes.

The dialog's screenshot comes from docs-shots like the rest, and the labels
the page quotes are held to the plugin's by guide-labels.test.mjs.

Say that a removed seat needs a new invitation, and how an open vault learns of a reset 417f0fcf84

A correctness review found the restore paragraph read as getting everything
back, when a seat the release removed is not recreated, and that a vault left
open learns of a pending reset only when refreshed.
