The changelog and the version for plugin 0.2.0. The publish itself is a
separate, manual step and is not in this pull request.

Why 0.2.0 now. 0.1.5 has been the version in the community store since
18 September, and it carries two data-loss bugs main has fixed: an edit could
be recorded as synced when it was not and then never asked for again
(permanent), and two vaults opening the same not-yet-synced note could duplicate
every note in the folder on both devices, which then agreed. Shipping those
outranks the rest of the backlog.

The changelog was written, not drafted. changelog.mjs draft placed 10
entries and reported that 80 commits predate the pull-request workflow and
cannot be attributed — most of 18–23 September, which is exactly where those
two fixes live. Neither would have appeared on the draft alone. Both were
confirmed present in plugin-v0.1.5..HEAD (b9366a9, 6f865e1) rather than
taken from a summary.

The status-bar removal is called out inside the entry that replaces it —
draft could not know about it, and addStatusBarItem was checked to appear
nowhere in packages/plugin/src. Known carries the mixed-version presence
caveat (a peer on 0.1.5 shows no cursor, because this version refuses a
plaintext presence state rather than accept something the server could have
written) and the four lines from 0.1.5, all still true.

0.2.0 rather than 0.1.6: four new surfaces and one removal, and a tag is not
reusable. minAppVersion stays 1.13.7 — untouched in the range, and every
Obsidian symbol added since predates 1.13.

One thing for a follow-up: cut strips only a trailing (#N), so
entries citing two pull requests kept the first, and those point into this
private repository. Four survived the cut and were stripped by hand.

Published without the two manual passes for mobile and for the new
commands (§4b, §17), by decision. Recorded rather than hidden: the header
icon is the only sync status a phone shows, and no automated test reaches it.

The ledger's `Unreleased` was empty: `draft` had never been run since the file
was created, so nothing said what seven days and 55 commits changed. `draft`
placed 10 entries and reported that **80 commits predate the pull-request
workflow and cannot be attributed** — which is most of 18 to 23 September, and
it is where the two entries that matter most live.

Both were verified to be in `plugin-v0.1.5..HEAD` rather than assumed from a
summary: `b9366a9` takes an Ack as the read position only after the catch-up,
and `6f865e1` gives a seed an identity so two vaults write one note once.
Neither would have been in the release notes on the draft alone, and they are
the reason to release at all — the first is permanent loss of a user's writing,
and the second doubles every note in a folder on both devices, which then agree.

The status-bar removal is called out in the entry that replaces it. `draft`
could not know about it, and a user who relied on it would otherwise find it
missing with no explanation. Checked directly: `addStatusBarItem` appears
nowhere in `packages/plugin/src`.

cursor, because this version refuses a plaintext presence state rather than
accept something the server could have written — and the four lines from 0.1.5,
which are all still true.

One thing to fix upstream rather than repeat: `cut` strips a trailing ` (#N)`,
so entries citing two pull requests kept the first, and those point into a
private repository. Four survived the cut and were stripped by hand. Writing
one number per entry avoids it; making `cut` strip them anywhere on the line
would be better, and is not this change.

`minAppVersion` stays at 1.13.7. It was not touched in the range, the Obsidian
1.13 settings API was already in use at 0.1.5, and every Obsidian symbol added
since predates 1.13.
