Refs #119.

This records the CI run 531 observation as an open entry in docs/sync-limitations.md and in the e2e README's stability log. The entry says what is known and what is not, and how #119 will resolve it: instrument first, then reproduce across a sweep of timings. It is documentation only. No behaviour changes.

CI run 531: a guest joined a folder, synced the one file its listing held,
and never heard about the file the owner created moments later. Its own
diag log goes quiet after the first sync, and every request went to its
own servers, so it is not the collision the parallel-e2e change fixed. If
the create can be lost rather than late, two vaults disagree with nothing
to show it — so it goes in sync-limitations.md as open, with what is and
is not known, and in the e2e README so it is not re-run past. #119 holds
the instrument-then-reproduce plan.
