This follows #85, which linked /changelog only from the footer. It was reviewed and approved on a local preview under wrangler pages dev, with the production CSP enforced.

The header is now Pricing · Product ▾ · Contact · Install, and Product holds Roadmap, Changelog and Security. Five separate links wrap onto a second line at phone width.
The footer is now Terms and Privacy only.
The menu is a <details> element, with no JavaScript (script-src 'none'):
- Mouse: hover shows it and leaving hides it, with a strip bridging the gap. A click toggles it, pinning it open until Product is clicked again.
- Keyboard: the native behaviour. Enter or Space opens it, and Tab walks the links. A click closes a keyboard-opened menu.
- Touch: tap to toggle.
- Older browsers: without ::details-content, it falls back to click-to-open.
Click-outside-to-close is not possible without a script. The CSS comment records the three variants that were tried and rejected.

Checked: hover open, onto the menu and away; click to pin and unpin; keyboard open, Tab through, then close by click; the current page marked; 375px; no console errors; the deploy guard. Merging this deploys the site.

The release-note check was re-run by this edit. A cancelled duplicate run had left a stale failure on this commit; the workflow fix follows in its own PR.

The changelog was linked only from the footer. Moving it up made five header
links, which wrap onto a second line on a phone, so Roadmap, Changelog and
Security became one "Product" menu: Pricing, Product, Contact at every width.
The footer keeps the legal pages only.

The menu is a <details>, because the site serves script-src 'none'. With a
mouse it follows the pointer — ::details-content is revealed on hover, a
strip bridges the gap to the menu, and the summary ignores clicks so one
cannot latch it open. The keyboard uses the native <details> (Enter, then
Tab through the links); touch keeps tap to open and close. Two earlier
attempts — opening on focus, and hiding an [open] menu unless hovered — made
the browser skip the links on Tab, and are recorded in the CSS comment.

Checked locally under wrangler pages dev with the production CSP: hover
open, onto the menu and away; keyboard open and Tab through; current-page
marking on /roadmap, /changelog and /security; 375px open and closed; no
console errors; the deploy guard's script check passes.
