Part of #37. Depends on disk-edit ingestion landing.

What Relay does

No-Instructions/relay-skills — an official Agent Skills repository for Claude
Code and Codex, installed with /plugin marketplace add. It pairs with their
0.8.12 disk-edit story and is a distribution channel as much as a feature.

What we would do

The same, once disk edits to open files are ingested. Not before: shipping skills
that drive an agent into a path that silently drops its writes would be worse
than shipping nothing.

Why it is worth doing

Our audience overlaps heavily with people already running coding agents against
their notes, and this is cheap. It is also the kind of thing that gets noticed in
the community store listing.

Risk

risk:none. Documentation and packaging only.

Verification

The skills are exercised against a real vault with a second collaborator
connected, not written from the API docs.
