A collaborator's pointer that was withdrawn and then pointed at the same character again was drawn already faded. The pointer layer returned early when there was nothing to draw, before it pruned the MoveClock, so the old move time survived. The new pointersToMark prunes the clock before that early return, and never from a pane bound to another note (SAFE-D5). Unit tests are mutation-checked in both directions. Accepted side effect, recorded in the spec: after our own reconnect, a peer's unmoved pointer shows for 3 s before it fades.

The pointer layer returned early when nothing was left to draw, before it
pruned the move clock, so a pointer withdrawn and brought back to the same
character kept its old move time and arrived already faded. The prune now
runs before that return, and still never from a pane bound to another note.
